Our location
Villa Vrisi Zakynthos, is located 11km from the town of the island and about 15 minutes away from beaches. It is located in the heart of the island, at the foot of Mount Vrachion, with a distance of 1 km, offering an excellent view of the whole island of Zakynthos.Zakynthos is one of the most beautiful Greek islands. Sitting in the heart of the mesmerizing Ionian sea, it boasts a wonderful natural landscape and magical Zakynthos beaches.

The air-conditioned holiday home, with a capacity of 5 guests, includes two (2) bedrooms,a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, an outdoor pool, an outdoor shower, a large garden with a lawn, spacious courtyards, a rich natural environment among the olive groves and mulberry trees, barbecue facilities, free outdoor parking, free Wi-Fi, free bed linens, regular cleaning, and other services that are listed on our website.
Among the mentioned amenities at Villa Vrisi, guests have the opportunity to enjoy their stay in an authentic olive grove with at least 70 trees over 100 years old, spanning an area of 3800 square meters, within which the villa is located, owned by Kardaris’s family.

About us
My name is Nikolaos Liakeas, and I am a Civil Engineer. I was born and currently reside in the capital of Greece, Athens. I am actively involved in the construction industry. My love for my wife, Athena, as well as for the place where she grew up, in one of the unique and authentic villages of Zakynthos, the Agioi Pantes, inspired us to share the experience of our own vacations in our home, Villa Vrisi, with other guests from around the world. This way, we turned our love for our village into a tourism business.

How can I book my vacation at Villa Vrisi and what is the payment method?
You can make a reservation by submitting a request through the Villa Vrisi website form or via email at [email protected], or by calling (writing) 0030 6972189595, through WhatsApp, or Viber. The owner will respond almost immediately. Payment can be made via bank transfer.
What are the check-in and check-out times, and is there any flexibility in these hours? Is luggage storage available?
Check-in hours are from 13:30 onwards, and check-out is until 10:00 in the morning. Flexibility is provided for early check-in or late check-out upon your request, a few days before your arrival, and subject to availability at the accommodation. Free luggage storage is also available.
Are there local stores with essential supplies in the village?
On your way to the accommodation in the area of Gaitani, which is 5 km from the property, you will find the large SuperMarket AB Vassilopoulos, operating Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 21:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 20:00.
Alternatively, in the village of Agioi Pantes, you can find stores with extended hours, open every day from Monday to Sunday.
